Swiss Water has chosen coffees with qualities that are sweet and clean. This decaf is blended from regions known for these qualities, such as Fraijanes, Mataquescuintla, San Marcos and Esquipulas. They work with farms and mills that hit the mark, producers such as Finca El Cascajal and Finca La Igualdad.

This decaf is incredible. It is roasted to perfection, which can't be said about some of the other specialty decafs I have tried. It is a staple in my cupboard.
The only decaf in my books!

Echoing the sentiments before me, I had to give up after-dinner coffees and affogatos until Transcend came along.
Now this bean has also found its way into my baked goods and desserts--my favourite for tiramisu!

I love good coffee and like all the beans at Transcend, the Swiss Water Process Decaf is delicious. I switch to decaf in the afternoon and my wife drinks nothing but decaf. After trying this coffee we've found that our old decaf didn't cut it any more. It's that good!
