Bought this carafe to replace a Thermos Carafe that would store coffee in lid when you poured into a cup, only to come out later when you poured the last cup. Ending all over the counter.
This Carafe works perfectly for stored coffee. Lid design does not store any coffee. (Pictured below)

Transcend is great, but…
Super disappointed that my Moccamaster Glass Carafe chipped so easily! This is my 2nd replacement in a year. Love the ‘look’ of the overall machine, but recommend potential buyers to perhaps purchase something else more sturdy for daily use. Or, alternatively the stainless steel carafe maker that’s offered by Moccamaster, however, you’ll look like a commercial restaurant. Too bad, as I thought this Moccamaster was built to a higher quality grade.

We've been ordering these in 5lb bags for a while now and they have yet to disappoint. They seem to vary slightly in descriptive tasting notes but close enough to our favourites of chocolate, brown sugar and caramel. We appreciate the discount for quantity ordered and will continue our frequent purchases. Always searching for that perfect cup of coffee!

My first roast with a Mexico region bean. The first attempt was roasted to a full city flavor. Nice morning coffee. Highly recommend trying. Next roast will be a French roast to see what flavors come out in the darker roast. I'll try extending the development time another minute or so and finish post second crack at a slightly higher temp. From what I've tasted so far I would recommend keeping this bean in your must haves. I'll definitely be ordering more.
