A very interesting and informative class with a lot of hands on practice and feedback from the instructor- perfect. The powerful steam wand on the commercial tool was much faster than on home models, so it would have been nice to have had a chance to try steaming milk on one of those tools for comparison (seems like each machine has its own personality and you need to figure out what works best). It would have been nice to try pours into a variety of cup sizes and shapes too. Overall highly recommend.
