This is an affordable variable temperature kettle that works great for pour over brewing methods like Chemex, Hario, Aeropress and other cone drippers. The gooseneck provides a slower and allows a much more precise pour than most other kettles, which is a key for successful pour-over brewing. This kettle boils fast - in only four minutes and has a 1 litre capacity which is enough for even large Chemex pour over brewers.
